چکیده

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of maternal aerobic training and curcumin (Cur) supplementation on protecting motor function (e.g., muscle strength relaxant activity) from harmful effects lead nitrate (Pb[NO3]2) exposure in female male offspring BALB/c mice. The experimental groups included a healthy group, intraperitoneally Micro-Cur-treated group (50 mg/kg body weight), (received once day during 8 weeks experiments), exposed Pb(NO3)2 (2 mg/kg) through drinking water breeding pregnancy, treated with Micro-Cur pregnancy. pre-pregnancy program was performed 5 times week for 4 at speed 10 12 m/min (75% VO2 max). All were grouped based groups, evaluated using an inclined plane, linear wire hang, grip tests. Our results indicated that significantly decreased activity, especially males. These adverse compensated by Cur supplementation. maximum this compensation observed Moreover, synergistically protected mice exposure, probably different physiological mechanisms.

Protective Effect of Curcumin on Hippocampal and Behavior Changes in Rats Exposed to Fluoride During Pre- and Post-natal Period

Introduction: Curcumin, a yellow-pigment, found in the popular Indian spice turmeric (Curcuma longa), poses pharmaceutical applications due to its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and chemoprotective properties. Excessive fluoride causes fluorosis leading to neurodegeneration and associated behavioral deficits, particularly in children. This study aimed at investigating the neuroprotective abili...
